Fishcake side dishes are really good.
One of my favorite side dishes is stir-fried fish cake.
It is one of the side dishes that are often served in spicy rice soup restaurants, and it is delicious.
Actually, yukgaejang tasted so good today.

** Material
250g of fishcake
1/2 onion
two pieces of red pepper
a piece of red pepper
2 spoons of brewed soy sauce (or thick soy sauce)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
a teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
3 spoons of starch syrup
a dash of pepper powder
2 spoons of red pepper oil
a spoonful of sesame oil
a spoonful of sesame
If you like spicy food, add chili powder.
** How to make
1. Cut the fish cake into appropriate sizes, please.
2. Please cut the peppers and onions in proper size.
3. Among the spices in the ingredients, add soy sauce, water, and sugar and stir-fry fish cake.
4. Stir-fry on medium low heat.
5. Add chili and onion and stir-fry more.
6. Slightly add sesame oil.
7. Eat with sesame seeds.
