Chinese-style Spicy Lobster Mararongsha

Mararongsha


This food was eaten when I visited China before, and it's called Mararongsha. It's a dish that has the best spiciness.

Mara, a Chinese spice, is stir-fried with freshwater lobster.

Mararongxia is one of the representative foods of Chinese Sichuan cuisine, along with hot pot, malatang, and malaxianguo. It tastes very similar to hot pot and is said to be eaten with rice.

There were some pictures left, so I took them to save.


It's okay with
 the spicy taste, but it's not good to eat it often if you don't like Chinese food.



This is a picture I took when I went to Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. This is about two years ago, and I can't go now. hahahahahaha

Anyway, I'm organizing my photo album and trying to save it for storage.
