Eurwangni Beach is located on the west coast of Jung-gu, Incheon. It is said to be in the best position to come from Seoul etc.

The name of the beach comes from Eulwang-ri (currently Eulwang-dong), where the beach belongs.

Although it is a famous beach now, it was not very famous in the past, and Yeongjong Island was a place where it was difficult to get in except by ferry or road. But... now many people are coming because of its characteristic that it is the most accessible beach in the Seoul metropolitan area. And as Yeongjong Bridge and Incheon Bridge are connected, accessibility seems to be better.

On the wavy west coast, it has an unusually large white sand beach. However, due to the wide gap between the tide and ebb tide, sand fields and mudflats that are the size of playgrounds are exposed at low tide. The same goes for Wangsan Beach, the Seonnyeo Rock Amusement Park, and Mashian Beach.

There are clam kalguksu, grilled clams, and sashimi restaurants around Eulwang-ro. The advantage is that you can look at the sea or eat seafood near the sea, but relatively expensive prices, solicitation, and inconvenient parking are disadvantages.

Moreover, outsiders often misunderstand that they can enjoy fresh clams and sashimi near the mountains as this is a beach. However, shellfish and sashimi sold here are often procured from the Incheon General Fish Market, most of which are located on the mainland of Incheon, unless they sign a procurement contract with a particular fishing boat.

The sea is pretty decent. Sometimes the water is so clean that it's hard to think of it as the West Sea, and this place is located on Yeongjongdo Island, so it has a better view of the sea.

I've taken a few pictures.
