Korean BBQ Photo collection


Hi, guys.
Today, I took pictures of Korean BBQ.
I hope you enjoy it.

It's actually so delicious.

this blog is mainly written in Korean.
But I tried to write in English.

In fact, I've got a lot of excuses.
There's not much to do.

If it doesn't work today, i can do it again tomorrow, right?
Anyway, I will show you some delicious pictures.




This Korean restaurant is gone now, but the meat taste was very good.

BBQ in the picture is pork belly(Samgyeopsal) and galbi.

Korean BBQ is grilled like this.
You can probably see it a lot in foreign countries these days.

There are a few Korean BBQ restaurants that I know of in the U.S. 
I saw them on YouTube and they seemed to be very popular.



It tastes pretty good.
Samgyeopsal is good because it tastes like grilled pork belly(Samgyeopsal) meat.

Galbi tastes different depending on the sauce, but if you go to a good place, 
you can taste the fantastic galbi.


It's good to have a drink at a Korean meat restaurant like this, 
I think it's better to have a drink with meat.
It's kind of like Korean culture.

Originally, Korean meat restaurant started from a culture where you can drink soju with low price.

still feel like it's a place where you can have a drink at a reasonable price, 
and you can fill your stomach.



If you have been to Korea or a Korean restaurant, you can see this.
Once you taste this, you'll get addicted. It's really good.





This is a sauce that you dip into pork belly.
It's called ssamjang.

It's a sauce with a little bit of sauce and red pepper paste that Koreans like a lot.

And the sauce on the left is just spicy chicken sauce.
Some of these sauces are served at meat restaurants.
You know the 
seasoned spicy chicken? 

The sauce is awesome.

I heard that pork belly was only used as bacon in foreign countries. 
Now, not only Korea but also many countries have been grilled and utilized more.

If you like pork, it's really delicious.




There's a way to cook meat well, 
but I think the Maillard reaction is very important everywhere.

If you grill it over charcoal, it has better firepower, so that's better.
And also, timing is the most important thing when grilling meat well.
